a. Choose the garment you desire to purchase from the listed items.

b. Orders can be made by sending an email honeyb3311@gmail.com (clearly stating the garment product code, the desired colour and quantity you wish to purchase)

c. In the event of further enquiries, you may also contact us via Windows Messenger (MSN) by adding our contact schatzibee@yahoo.com (We will get back to you as soon as it is feasible)

d. Orders will be processed within 5 working days. Processing of orders include checking on whether the details provided are complete and on the availability of desired garment.

e. Please include these details in your email order: Name To Be Stated On Delivery, Delivery Address, Contact Number (preferably handphone number), Garment Product Code, Garment Colour & Size, Quantity and Mode Of Delivery (Poslaju/Self Pick Up).

f. Upon receiving your email order, a virtual invoice will be issued and sent to your email account. Kindly re-confirm the details of your order. If all details are satisfactory, deposit the total amount stated in the invoice into our company’s banking account. Account details will be stated clearly in the virtual invoice. Kindly seek our confirmation of receipt of your deposit by replying the invoice email and stating: Amount Deposited, Method Of Payment, Date of Deposit and Order Number.

g. We only accept cash deposits and online transfers into our banking account. Upon confirmation of payment, we will proceed with the delivery process.Kindly retain your bank deposit receipt in the event any verification of payment is required.

h. If a payment is not made within 3 days of the virtual invoice being issued, the order will be considered void.

i. Deliveries will be sent out within 3 days following confirmation of payment.

j. In the event an item is out of stock, we will grant you a FULL REFUND or you can change with different item with the same price. However, no refund or cancellation will be entertained in the event that there are available stocks and payment has already been made. All possible measures will be taken by us to ensure a smooth delivery process. However, we will not be liable for any losses incurred during the delivery process.
